2. New refineries: In addition to the requirements prescribed in the Regulation respecting the application of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2, r. 3), every application for an authorization submitted to the Minister in accordance with section 23 of the Act for the construction of a new petroleum refinery must be accompanied by a complete study of the overall impact that the carrying out of the project will have on the environment.
The study must deal with all aspects of the environment.
2. New refineries: In addition to the requirements prescribed in the Regulation respecting the application of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2, r. 3), every application for a certificate of authorization submitted to the Minister in accordance with section 22 of the Act for the construction of a new petroleum refinery must be accompanied by a complete study of the overall impact that the carrying out of the project will have on the environment.
The study must deal with all aspects of the environment.
